Car Shipping Broker Assistant

In this crucial role, you will:

• Act as the primary contact for our clients, ensuring all their inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally
• Support our sales managers by handling follow-ups and keeping customers engaged during the shipping process.
• Provide timely updates to clients about their auto transport status and resolve any issues that arise.
• Help resolve customer issues post-booking, including coordinating with dispatch for updates and solutions.
• Collaborate with sales managers to qualify leads and ensure accurate documentation in the CRM.
• Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to suggest improvements to our services.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback post-delivery to boost our market reputation.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Strong English communication skills at level B2-C1, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or as a support assistant, preferably in the auto transport industry.
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Technical proficiency with CRM systems, email, and other communication platforms.
• Self-motivation and the ability to operate independently in a remote work environment.
• Flexibility to work according to varying business needs.
