When it’s time to pay the outstanding balance to the carrier upon delivery, you have two options:
Cash or Certified Check: You can pay the carrier in cash or with a certified check made payable to the carrier company.
Credit Card: If you prefer to use a credit card for the full payment, you can select this option when booking your shipment.

Delivery Contact: The driver will arrange the drop-off with the person you’ve designated as the delivery contact. This should be you or someone you trust who’s at least 18 years old.
Inspection: It’s crucial to carefully inspect the vehicle when it’s delivered. This helps accurately record its condition on the Bill of Lading, which is like a receipt for the vehicle’s condition.
Payment: Make sure you have the payment for the carrier ready. Typically, you should be prepared to pay the driver with cash or a certified check made out to the carrier company unless you’ve made other arrangements. We work with highly professional auto transporters known for excellent service and delivery records. If, by rare chance, your vehicle gets damaged during transit, make sure to describe its condition on the Bill of Lading given to you upon delivery.
