If you notice your vehicle is dusty when it reaches its destination, we’ve got you covered. We’re happy to offer our Clean Car Guarantee to fix this. After your vehicle arrives, you can get it washed, on us! It’s our way of ensuring your car arrives in a clean condition.

It’s important to note that if you need pickup or delivery in Washington DC, we will arrange for the location to be just outside the city’s limits. This is because Washington DC has strict rules that limit the movement of large trucks in many areas. Our services are designed to be door to-door, which means the carrier we assign will pick up and deliver your vehicle as close to the specific addresses as possible, always prioritizing safety and accessibility.

Yes, we do. Our assigned carrier will pick up and deliver your vehicle to the addresses you specify, whenever it’s possible. However, if there are any transportation restrictions or safety concerns, the carrier will collaborate with you to arrange a convenient pickup and delivery location.

You can cancel your booking at any time before your vehicle is picked up. If you cancel before a carrier is assigned, there will not be any charges. However, if you cancel after a carrier has been assigned, you will only be charged the initial payment amount.

You can use major debit and credit cards like Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express for the initial payment. For the remaining balance on the day of delivery, you can pay with cash or a certified check made out to the carrier, which is the most cost-effective choice. Alternatively, if you prefer, you can choose to pay the entire amount with a credit card when you initially book the service. However, there is a 3% credit card fee with this option.

The initial payment varies based on the distance your vehicle needs to be transported. There’s no payment required when you book the service. Yes, our quotes cover everything, including insurance. All our carriers must have a minimum of $1,000,000 in liability insurance and $100,000 in cargo insurance. Before shipping your vehicle, we confirm that the carrier’s insurance is valid and active for the entire shipment duration. Additionally, all contracted carriers list Monarch Transport Group as a Certificate Holder on their insurance policy for added protection.

Yes, you can. Your Monarch shipment allows for up to 100 pounds of personal items or household goods. These should be stored in the trunk area or secured below the window line in your vehicle. However, if you’re shipping to or from a port, your vehicle should be completely empty of all items. Please note that Monarch and your assigned carrier cannot be responsible for any personal items left inside the vehicle during transport.

Yes, it’s essential that either you or a trusted adult is present for both the pickup and delivery of your vehicle. This person has an important role in the shipping process, which includes documenting the vehicle’s condition and signing the Bill of Lading. This document serves as a receipt confirming the vehicle’s condition during transportation.

Please take out your E-ZPass or any other automatic toll collection device from your vehicle completely. You can either mail it to your destination or keep it with you. If you leave it in your vehicle while it’s being transported, automated toll systems may register toll fees as if you were driving the vehicle. Monarch Transport Group won’t be responsible for these toll charges, which can be easily avoided by removing the device.

Delivery Contact: The driver will arrange the drop-off with the person you’ve designated as the delivery contact. This should be you or someone you trust who’s at least 18 years old.

To redeem your Clean Car Promise car wash reimbursement, simply follow these steps:
Gather your essential documents, including your Order ID, Bill of Lading, and the car wash receipt.

Compose an email addressed to Cleancarpromise@monarchtg.com with the subject line “Clean Car Promise Car Wash Reimbursement Request.” In the email, provide your full name, mailing address and phone number, and attach copies of the required documents as PDF or image files.

Remember that the car wash offer is valid for 14 days after your vehicle’s delivery date. Submit your email promptly to meet this deadline. Our team will process your request, and if everything checks out, you’ll receive up to $20 in reimbursement mailed to the address you provided. We’re here to assist you every step of the way to ensure a hassle-free experience.

We work with highly professional auto transporters known for excellent service and delivery records. If, by rare chance, your vehicle gets damaged during transit, make sure to describe its condition on the Bill of Lading given to you upon delivery. We also suggest taking photos or videos of your vehicle when it’s picked up and again when it’s delivered.
