You can cancel your booking at any time before your vehicle is picked up. If you cancel before a carrier is assigned, there will not be any charges. However, if you cancel after a carrier has been assigned, you will only be charged the initial payment amount.

For the remaining balance on the day of delivery, you can pay with cash or a certified check made out to the carrier, which is the most cost-effective choice. Yes, you can. Your Monarch shipment allows for up to 100 pounds of personal items or household goods. These should be stored in the trunk area or secured below the window line in your vehicle. However, if you’re shipping to or from a port, your vehicle should be completely empty of all items. Please note that Monarch and your assigned carrier cannot be responsible for any personal items left inside the vehicle during transport.
