Yes, our quotes cover everything, including insurance. All our carriers must have a minimum of $1,000,000 in liability insurance and $100,000 in cargo insurance. Before shipping your vehicle, we confirm that the carrier’s insurance is valid and active for the entire shipment duration.

Additionally, all contracted carriers list Monarch Transport Group as a Certificate Holder on their insurance policy for added protection.

How much do I need to pay upfront?

The initial payment varies based on the distance your vehicle needs to be transported. There’s no payment required when you book the service. Can I put personal items in my vehicle during shipment?

Yes, you can. Your Monarch shipment allows for up to 100 pounds of personal items or household goods. These should be stored in the trunk area or secured below the window line in your vehicle. However, if you’re shipping to or from a port, your vehicle should be completely empty of all items. Please note that Monarch and your assigned carrier cannot be responsible for any personal items left inside the vehicle during transport.

What should I do with my E-ZPass or automatic toll collection pass?

Please take out your E-ZPass or any other automatic toll collection device from your vehicle completely. You can either mail it to your destination or keep it with you. If you leave it in your vehicle while it’s being transported, automated toll systems may register toll fees as if you were driving the vehicle. Monarch Transport Group won’t be responsible for these toll charges, which can be easily avoided by removing the device.

How long does it take to transport my vehicle?

The time it takes to transport your vehicle varies. It depends on the distance it needs to travel, the time of year, and the specific route. Auto shipments can be as quick as a day or two, or it might take a few weeks. Sometimes, severe weather and challenging road conditions can affect delivery schedules.
